D01 ARRIVE JOHANNESBURG
Upon arrival at Johannesburg Airport, board a domestic flight to Kruger National Park. Arrive and transfer to hotel in Kruger.
D02 KRUGER NATIONAL PARK [B, D]
Enjoy a memorable safari game drive through Kruger National Park guided by a park ranger in search of the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhinoceros) and other African wildlife in their natural habitat. In addition to exciting encounters with the wildlife, the park offers great photography opportunities with its diverse flora and fauna. Kruger is renowned for its favourable “wildlife density vs wilderness” balance that affords visitors a relatively good chance of wildlife sightings on most days. Enjoy an optional guided bush walk in the afternoon accompanied by a park ranger. Walking the ground and looking for animal tracks and signs are a thrilling way to experience the African wilderness and understand the park’s wildlife and ecosystems.
D03 KRUGER NATIONAL PARK – HAZYVIEW [B]
In the morning, enjoy another guided safari game drive through Kruger National Park. Kruger has a lot more wildlife beyond the Big Five that includes a diverse variety of mammals, reptiles and birds. Beloved species include the giraffes, zebras and antelopes to name but a few.
In the afternoon, travel to the charming town of Hazyview, an ideal starting point for exploring the iconic Panorama Route, where visitors can access major natural sites like the Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and numerous waterfalls near Sabie and Graskop.

Go on a guided scenic journey to visit God’s Window, a viewpoint situated along the Panorama Route that is one of South Africa’s most famous natural landmarks. It sits atop vertical cliffs that drop more than 700–900m down into a valley offering breathtaking panoramic views across the Lowveld bushveld, stretching towards Kruger National Park and the Lebombo Mountains on the border of Mozambique. It earned its name because the vast green vista looks as though you are looking out over creation through a giant natural window. Other key attractions include: the magnificent Blyde River Canyon, one of the world’s largest green canyons; the iconic Three Rondavels, dramatic rock formations overlooking the canyon; the fascinating Bourke’s Luck Potholes, carved naturally by centuries of swirling water; the beautiful Lisbon Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in the area; and the thrilling Graskop Gorge Lift (optional), which descends into the lush forest below.
D05 HAZYVIEW – FRANSCHHOEK [B]
Head to Franschhoek (“French Corner”), a picturesque Cape Winelands village that is renowned as the country’s gourmet food and wine capital, thanks to its world-class wine estates, top-tier restaurants and stunning mountain scenery. Explore the charming streets and historic architecture at your own leisure.

Discover the charms of Franschhoek and Stellenbosch comprising stunning scenery, rich heritage and world-class wine estates. Stellenbosch, the country’s 2nd oldest town and a vibrant university town, is celebrated for its world-class wines, outstanding culinary scene and beautiful Cape Dutch architecture. If Franschhoek is the country’s gourmet capital, Stellenbosch is its wine capital. Visit the historic 300-year-old Jordan Wine Estate, and get a taste of Pinotage — South Africa’s signature grape variety. Continue on to the elegant Delaire Graff Estate, renowned for its world-class wines, fine dining, art collection and breathtaking views over the Cape Winelands. Head to Cape Town and discover the highlights of Cape Town on a guided tour. Visit the colourful and historic Bo-Kaap neighbourhood and the charming Noordhoek Farm Village, known for its authentic local bakery, artisan coffee roasts and farmhouse-style shops. Explore the lively V&A Waterfront, then unwind at Kloof Street House, a beautiful atmospheric restaurant set in a historic Cape Town house.

Explore some of Cape Town’s most iconic attractions, beginning with a guided visit to Table Mountain where spectacular panoramic views of the city, coastline and surrounding landscapes await.
