Enjoy a private tour of Seongsan Sunrise Peak (UNESCO World Heritage), a natural wonder resulting from an underwater volcanic eruption about 5,000 years ago.  At the summit (180m above sea level), you will be greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, Udo Island, Hallasan Mountain and other volcanic landscape. Seopjikoji is another popular destination with no lack of tourists seeking out this picturesque spot for its stunning view of Seongsan Sunrise Peak rising up in the background, the legendary Seonbawi Rock (30m tall and 15m wide) rising out from the blue ocean, a hillock covered with red volcanic ashes unique to Jeju, and a beautiful white lighthouse.  Thereafter, head to the stunning and well-preserved Jeju Folk Village and be treated to Korean tradition and culture dating as far back as a century ago.

Continue your private tour today.  Manjanggul Lava Cave (UNESCO World Heritage) is one of the largest lava tunnels in the world and stretches approximately 7.4km with a maximum height of 25m and width of 18m, out of which only 1km of the cave is open to public and within this open section, visitors can see a variety of lava tube and cave topographical features including stalactites, stalagmites and stone pillars.  Among these, the 7.6m-tall stone pillar at the end of the open section is recorded as the largest of its kind in the world.  Continue on to Woljeongri Beach, a seaside paradise famous for its white sandy beach and azure ocean waters.  Thereafter, visit Sangumburi Crater, an extinct volvanic crater filled with lush vegetation and measuring about 650m wide, 100m deep and 2,070m in circumference.  Visitors looking down from the viewing platform into the crater are inevitably awed by its enormous size and shape – no wonder that the crater has often been described as a natural stadium.

Continue your private tour today.  Situated on the northern coast in downtown Jeju, Yongduam Rock is a 10m-tall stone that has been worn down over time by strong winds and waves into a shape resembling a dragon’s head.  From Yongduam Rock, one can see haenyeo (female divers) working at catching seafood.  Continue on to Cheonjeyeonpokpo Falls aka “The Pond of God”.  In the past, due to the belief that the waters here had healing properties, it was a popular swimming and bathing site.  (Such activities are no longer permitted.)  Thereafter, visit the popular O’Sulloc Tea Museum to learn about the history and culture of tea-drinking on the island.  Jeju Glass Castle is a glass art theme park featuring all things in glass including the world’s very first all-glass labyrinth, the world’s largest glass ball and glass diamond, a glass stonewall, a mirror lake, and a glass bridge.  There are also glass art masterpieces by internationally famous artists from Italy, the Czech Republic, Japan and more.  Visitors to Jeju Glass Castle can even experience making glass ornaments, glass balloons and glass bottles.
